Integrated Transport Centre (Abu Dhabi Mobility) Announces Service Timings During the Eid Al-Fitr Holiday 1446 AH (2025)
Abu Dhabi on Friday, March 28, 2025 – In an effort to keep the public informed about its operations and services, the Integrated Transport Centre (Abu Dhabi Mobility), an affiliate of the Department of Municipalities and Transport, has announced the working hours for Customer Happiness Centres, public bus services, and driver and vehicle licensing service centres during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday. The holiday period will extend from 1st to 3rd of Shawwal 1446 AH, in correspondence with the Gregorian calendar. If Ramadan is completed as a 30-day month, the 30th of Ramadan will also be considered a public holiday, in addition to the official Eid holiday.
Abu Dhabi Mobility has stated that Customer Happiness Centres across the Abu Dhabi Emirate will be closed during the Eid holiday and will resume operations on 4th Shawwal 1446 AH. However, customers can continue accessing services through various digital platforms, including the official website https://admobility.gov.ae/, "Darbi" mobile application, the "TAMM" government services platform, and by contacting the Department of Municipalities and Transport’s Support Centre at 800850 or the Taxi Service Call Centre at 600535353, available 24/7.
Regarding public bus services in Abu Dhabi during the holiday, Abu Dhabi Mobility has confirmed that bus services will operate according to the weekend and public holiday schedule, with additional trips on suburban and intercity routes.
The Abu Dhabi Link service will continue to operate as usual, from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM throughout the week. Meanwhile, the Abu Dhabi Express bus service will be available daily from 6:00 AM until midnight.
