Integrated Transport Centre Receives the International ISO Certification for the Compliance Management System
Abu Dhabi on Wednesday , 3 December 2025 — The Integrated Transport Centre (ITC), an affiliate of the Department of Municipalities and Transport, has announced that it has obtained the ISO 37301:2021 certification for its Compliance Management System (CMS), internationally recognised for implementing best practices in corporate governance and managing legal and regulatory obligations.
The CMS encompasses all activities, services, and organisational functions within the centre, enhancing operational efficiency, reinforcing transparency and institutional compliance, and supporting the development of an operational environment aligned with the highest standards observed in government entities.
This accreditation represents a qualitative addition to the ITC’s efforts to develop the transport sector and improve service quality, through the application of advanced compliance frameworks that support operational efficiency, sustainable performance, and the reliability of services delivered to the public.
