The Integrated Transport Centre (Abu Dhabi Mobility) announces its service schedules for the blessed month of Ramadan, 1446 AH (2025 AD)
As part of its efforts to keep the public informed about its latest updates and services, the Integrated Transport Centre (Abu Dhabi Mobility), an affiliate of the Department of Municipalities and Transport, has announced the operating hours for Customer Happiness Centres, Driver and Vehicle Licensing Service Centres, and public bus schedules during the blessed month of Ramadan, 1446 AH (2025 AD).
Customer Happiness Centres
The Centre has announced that during the month of Ramadan, Customer Happiness Centres in Abu Dhabi City will operate from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, while Friday working hours will be from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Additionally, customers will have 24/7 access to services through various digital platforms, including the official website https://admobility.gov.ae/, the "Darbi" mobile app, and the “TAMM” digital government services platform. They can also contact the Department of Municipalities and Transport's Service Support Centre using its toll-free number 800850, or the Taxi Service Contact Centre at 600535353.
Public Transport Services
Abu Dhabi Mobility has announced the public bus service schedule across Abu Dhabi for the holy month of Ramadan. In Abu Dhabi city and its suburbs, public bus services will be available daily from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM (after midnight), while 24-hour buses will remain operational as usual.
In Al Ain city and its suburbs, public buses will operate from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM (after midnight). Most suburban services will maintain their current schedules, with minor adjustments to the operating hours of some services within Al Ain city.
In the Al Dhafra region, public buses will follow their regular operating hours, with minor schedule adjustments. However, bus services will be suspended during Iftar time.
Abu Dhabi Express buses will operate from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and on weekends from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM (after midnight).
Meanwhile, the Abu Dhabi Link service will continue to follow its current schedule, operating daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Additionally, the Autonomous Rapid Transit (ART) bus will depart from Reem Island every 30 minutes during peak hours and every hour during non-peak hours as follows:
