These encompass all services related to learning to drive, issuing and renewing driving licences, registering and transferring ownership of vehicles of all types, as well as a number of supporting services designed to enhance the customer experience and improve the overall efficiency of the mobility ecosystem within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
To ensure a seamless and swift experience, customers can conveniently access these services digitally through the unified government platform "TAMM" (tamm.abudhabi). The platform enables the completion of transactions securely and efficiently using the UAE Pass and an active traffic file in the licensing system.
Vehicle licensing services include the issuance, renewal, registration, and transfer of ownership for both personal and commercial vehicles, as well as the release of vehicle mortgages. In addition, the services cover the issuance of certificates such as export, transfer, or "To Whom It May Concern" certificates. Customers can also view issued certificates for each vehicle, financial receipts, and reserved plate numbers, all accessible digitally through the "TAMM" portal in a secure and convenient manner, without the need to visit service centres.
