Hafilat smart cards enable users to pay the fare of public transportation services in Abu Dhabi Emirate by tapping it on the reader device upon boarding and alighting. The card provides a range of services that caters to the needs of residents and visitors

Public Transport Fare

The "Standard Service" covers trips within the city and its suburbs in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra.
You can transfer between Public Transport Services without additional AED 2 (Boarding Fees) (Inter-city services are not inclusive)

Transportation is free of charge for 10 years and below.

2 AED (Boarding Fee)

5 Fils (Per Km)

5 AED Maximum fare per journey (For more than 60 km trips)

Transfer Conditions

Tap- into the other bus service within 60 minutes of the last Tap-out.
Not to transfer in the opposite direction of the journey destination.
Maximum 2 transfers using 3 buses.
